Dental Assistant (Englewood)

Full-time dental assistant position with set weekday hours (Mon–Thu 8:45am–4:00pm; Fridays until 3:00pm). Pay range is $15.00 to $26.00 per hour, tied to years of experience and certifications such as Coronal Polishing, Sealant Placement, and Nitrous. Responsibilities include chairside assisting for doctors, taking and conducting X‑rays, prepping rooms and instruments, sterilization, model pouring/prep, temporary crowns, packing cord, impressions, perio charting, entering treatment plans and clinical notes into dental software, and assisting with some front desk tasks and inventory. Required/expected qualifications and conditions listed: Ohio Radiology Certificate, up‑to‑date Hepatitis B vaccinations, excellent chairside skills, strong knowledge of dental terminology, ability to train new assistants, productivity management, punctuality, effective patient communication, ability to work under pressure, familiarity or adaptability with dental software (Open Dental a plus), and a long‑term commitment to grow with the practice.
