Registered Dental Hygienist

Seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for full- or part-time work with a schedule that includes Monday 9:00am–6:00pm, Tuesday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, and Friday 8:00am–1:30pm; flexible scheduling is available and candidates may have the opportunity to split time between two locations. Hygienists use a single-column schedule with 45-minute appointments, may extend appointment times when clinically appropriate, and are supported by a dedicated roving clinical assistant who assists with radiographs, room turnovers, and scheduling. Responsibilities include delivering preventive and periodontal hygiene care such as prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, comprehensive periodontal evaluations, oral cancer screenings, diagnostic radiographs as indicated, patient education, and accurate clinical documentation while maintaining OSHA and infection control standards. Qualifications require an active Pennsylvania RDH license and current CPR/BLS certification; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Compensation is $45–$55/hour with quarterly, semi-annual, and company-wide annual production bonuses; employer-paid individual health insurance and mentorship with structured onboarding are provided.
