Established, fully out-of-network fee-for-service private practice seeking a general dentist to provide comprehensive dentistry and grow clinical skills within a supportive team. The practice offers a four-day work week (Monday–Thursday) with no evenings or weekends, structured mentorship in surgical extractions, implant dentistry, digital treatment planning, and support pursuing IV sedation training. Compensation is 30% of adjusted production with a 90-day guaranteed base during transition if needed. Benefits include 401(k) with employer match, $200/month medical benefit, employer-paid dental coverage, Spear Study Club membership, and a continuing education stipend. The office uses Open Dental, Overjet AI (2D & 3D), Planmeca CBCT and imaging, Shining digital scanners, Exocad with smile design, in-house 3D printing, same-day milling, and dental laser technology. The practice prefers experienced dentists but will consider exceptional newer graduates.
