Dental Hygienist

Full-time, on-site Dental Hygienist position providing comprehensive preventive care, including scaling, root planing, polishing, and other dental prophylaxis while following clinical and safety protocols and current guidelines. Responsibilities include assessing and documenting patients’ oral health, identifying and charting periodontal disease, educating patients on hygiene and prevention, preparing and organizing operatories, maintaining infection control and OSHA standards, and collaborating with dentists and team members on treatment coordination. Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania Registered Dental Hygienist license and current CPR/BLS certification. The role requires strong clinical hygiene skills, knowledge of periodontal assessment and maintenance, attention to documentation and infection-control practices, effective interpersonal and communication abilities, and a commitment to continuing education; experience with practice management or electronic health records is listed as beneficial.
