Lead Registered Dental Assistant

Seeking a full-time Lead Registered Dental Assistant to manage clinical operations, assist doctors during procedures, oversee and support dental assistants and staff, and maintain infection control and accurate documentation. The role includes patient education on treatment plans and contributes to a team-oriented work environment. Position requires a valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license and leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with a 1:00–2:00 p.m. lunch break. Pay range listed as $20–$28 per hour.
