Dental Hygienist

Full-time dental hygienist position with set weekly schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:30 PM and Friday 7:30 AM–3:30 PM. Hourly pay noted between $55–$60, paid bi-weekly with an option for Daily Pay. Position includes ability to earn daily and quarterly bonuses and CE coverage. Full-time defined as a minimum of 30 hours to receive the full benefits package, which includes UnitedHealthcare PPO health care, paid holidays, 401(k), dental, vision, and wellness benefits. Continuing education and access to a hygiene mentor program are provided. Role emphasizes clinical autonomy and patient advocacy, with non-clinical and business support, access to supplies and labs, and networking and mentorship opportunities. Minimum qualifications include a current Virginia dental hygienist license, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required), working knowledge of dentistry and hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation, and CPR certification. Preferred experience includes use of Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
