Oro Valley Family Dentistry is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a supportive, family-oriented practice in Oro Valley/Tucson, AZ, conveniently located near major neighborhoods and local amenities. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $250,000 to $350,000 annually, with guaranteed pay up to $800/day for the first three months and a production model of 33% of collections. The full-time schedule is 4–5 days per week (typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with some flexibility given advance notice. The ideal candidate will hold a DDS or DMD, be licensed or eligible in Arizona, demonstrate strong clinical skills and patient communication, and thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment. The practice provides annual CE allowance, mentorship and peer support, modern technology including CBCT, and an established patient base to support clinical growth.
