An Associate Dentist position is available in Casa Grande, AZ at a private, family-owned fee-for-service practice focused on high-quality, relationship-based care and advanced digital workflows. The role is full-time (part-time schedules may be considered) and emphasizes comprehensive general dentistry, cosmetic cases, full-mouth rehabilitation, AOX/full-arch treatment, trial smiles, and same-day fixed and removable solutions. The practice integrates Exocad design, CEREC and in-house fabrication, multiple 3D printers, and a growing milling capability, with mentorship informed by Spear, Kois, and MOD Institute training. Candidates should be proficient in general dentistry, comfortable with digital technology, patient-focused, and interested in long-term clinical growth. Compensation is competitive, with a daily guarantee and/or percentage of adjusted collections, typically $900–$1,500 per day. Partnership or partial ownership potential is available for the right fit.
