Part-time Dental Hygienist

Small, patient-focused general dentistry practice seeks a dental hygienist to join the team in a part-time role with potential to move to full-time. The practice prefers an organized, proficient team player; familiarity with Eaglesoft is noted as a plus and new graduates are welcome. Primary duties include reviewing patient health histories, conducting preliminary oral exams with periodontal charting, taking intraoral photographs and vital signs, performing prophylaxis (sub- and supra-gingival scaling, root planing, periodontal maintenance, soft tissue curettage), applying fluoride and sealants, providing oral hygiene and dietary education, and maintaining timely, efficient treatment. Applicants must hold a valid Washington State dental hygienist license and CPR/BLS certification. Pay is listed as from $80.00 per hour; position is in person.
