Dentist (Per Diem

Per diem dentist position based in Chelan with coverage opportunities at Wenatchee and East Wenatchee. Provides professional and emergency dental care and oral hygiene services with required chart documentation for Columbia Valley Community Health patients. Requires graduation from an accredited dental school (DDS or DMD) or completion of a CODA-accredited residency program. Must hold or be eligible for Washington State Dental License, have a current unrestricted DEA, maintain required WAC documentation and continuing education, and hold Basic Life Support certification (ACLS/ATLS may substitute). Providers must be eligible for Medicare enrollment and not opted out. One or more years of clinical dental experience is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
