Registered Dental Hygienist

Dental Associates is hiring Dental Hygienists for full-time, part-time, and casual call positions across 14 clinics in Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Bayshore, Waukesha, Franklin, Sturtevant, Kenosha, Fond du Lac, Appleton, and Green Bay. The role includes a guaranteed hourly base pay of $51.00 with annual increases, additional bonus potential of $3.00–$20.00 per hour, a guaranteed $5,000 production bonus within the first four months, and a $10,000+ sign-on bonus*. Full-time benefits begin at 30 hours per week; medical, LTD, STD, life insurance and AD&D, FSA, 401(k) with company match, dental and vision insurance, annual CE reimbursement, in-house CE opportunities, company wellness program, pet insurance, and an annual uniform allowance are included at specified hour thresholds. PTO and paid holidays are available for staff working 17 hours per week or more. Daily responsibilities include greeting and seating patients, delivering customer service throughout the visit, removing calculus, accretions, stains, and cement from supra- and subgingival tooth surfaces, performing periodontal therapy including scaling and root planing when prescribed, and completing head, neck, and intra/extra-oral exams to detect abnormal swellings or lesions.
