Associate Dentist

Private practice seeking a full-time Associate Dentist. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, with a 4.5-day work week. Position includes mentorship and opportunities for professional growth with potential future partnership or ownership. Compensation package includes base pay components, a stated annual compensation figure of $300,000, retirement plan contributions including a 401(k) with roughly 10–12% annual contribution, two weeks paid vacation paid at $4,500 per week, continuing education allowance, uniforms, and possible relocation assistance. Candidates may be new dentists (including GPR or AEGD graduates) or dentists with about 3–4 years private practice experience; licensed dentists comfortable with comprehensive general dentistry and committed to building long-term patient relationships are sought.
