Private, fee-for-service dental practice seeks a part-time Associate Dentist for 1–2 days per week. The practice emphasizes quality, comprehensive general dentistry and long-term patient relationships; common procedures include fillings, crowns, bridges, implant crowns, dentures, and partials. The support team consists of seven staff members plus the dentist, including two dental assistants; several team members have long tenures (front desk 10 years; hygienists 10, 16, and 19 years). Available clinic hours include Monday through Thursday with specific shifts listed; Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday are preferred. Initial compensation is a guaranteed $70–$100 per hour based on experience, with a planned transition to 30% of net collections (less lab fees) after an initial period; the length of the guaranteed period is negotiable.
