Associate / Lead Dentist

The Associate / Lead Dentist will join Tend’s modern studio in Decatur, AL, delivering a full scope of operative and cosmetic care in a digitally enabled environment. This full-time position requires providing high-quality restorative, endodontic, implant, esthetic, and sleep/aligner therapies while leading comprehensive exams and patient-centered treatment planning. As an Associate, the clinician focuses on exceptional clinical care; as a Lead Dentist, the role adds mentorship, clinical leadership, onboarding, and studio performance responsibilities. The dentist will collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and studio leadership to optimize schedule flow, drive production, and ensure a hospitality-driven patient experience. Compensation is hourly with a guaranteed daily rate plus a tiered percentage of adjusted production (Associates 30–35%, Leads 32–40% with eligibility for a monthly studio performance bonus).
