Position Summary
We are seeking a Dental Patient Receptionist who will serve as the face of the practice and the first point of contact for every patient. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, remembers details about patients and their families, and creates a warm, welcoming environment from the moment someone walks through the door.
The right candidate is personable, empathetic, highly reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanorCreate a welcoming and positive first impression for all patientsAnswer incoming calls and assist with scheduling and general inquiriesVerify patient insurance and ensure accurate information is on fileMaintain organized and accurate patient recordsCoordinate front desk workflow to ensure smooth daily operationsBuild relationships with patients by remembering personal details and preferencesCollaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support patient experienceQualifications
